Careprovider Children's Services offers excellent benefits in addition to rewarding career opportunities. All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
- Medical & Dental Insurance - Careprovider Children and Family Services offers employees with a choice medical plans and dental plans. The majority of the employee premiums are covered by the agency with the dental plan premiums being covered 100%. Employees are offered the opportunity to add dependents to their insurance plans.
- Paid Time Off - Careprovider Children and Family Services recognizes 9 paid holidays each calendar year, 48-96 vacation hours per year, 40 sick hours per year, partially paid jury duty and bereavement leave.
- Life Insurance - Careprovider Children and Family Services offers a life insurance policy to employees through our affiliated providers.
- 403(b) Retirement Plan - Careprovider Children and Family Services employees may participate and contribute up to $4,000 annually on a pre-tax basis towards their retirement. Employees are vested after 6 years of full-time employment.
